High-quality sleep might be the gentlest performance enhancer I know. Set your wake time and build a realistic evening routine around it. These are the habits that have helped me sleep more consistently, supported by what we know about sleep timing, light, and environment.
This is a flexible starting point, not a set of rules. Choose one to three habits that feel realistic and adjust from there.
